A novel model of a hyperbolic two-temperature theory is investigated to study the propagation thermoelastic waves on semiconductor materials. The governing equations are studied during photo-excitation processes in context photothermal theory. outer surface o medium illuminated by laser pulse. generalized photo-thermoelasticity two dimensions (2D) deformation used many models (Lord–Shulman (LS), Green–Lindsay (GL) and classical dynamical coupled (CD)). combinations between under effect pulses obtained analytically. harmonic wave technique obtain exact solutions main physical fields investigation. mechanical, thermal recombination plasma loads applied at free complete basic fields. Some comparisons made three thermoelastcity theories electrical thermoelectric coupling parameter. influence two-temperature, one temperature parameters distributions for silicon (Si) shown graphically discussed.
